I like this photo a lot Frank. It gives so much information about the day. You have to wonder what happened to that dilapidated car. The rain water with its' reflection adds even more interest. Excellent in bw.

I like alleys, Madeline. This is a totaled car about to be taken to the junk yard. Its organs have been removed and sold, I'm sure so it lives on in a way. Thanks for your excellent comment!

"This world we live in is but thickened light." Emerson Quotidian, liminal, transcendent; these are states I see in the world as my perception and the light vacillates. Light has the power to give the quotidian transcendent properties. As the process proceeds I act in liminal space. In my photography I use light to cast the ordinary in extraordinary terms.
